5 light and effective masks for home hair

1. Moisturizing mask with olive oil


You will need:



  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil (of course,cold pressing will be an ideal option, but any olive oil, in general, that it was without additives will do. 2. Firming mask with yoghurt for curls



For her, take:



  • 1/2 cup yogurt (yogurt should be taken without additives and sweeteners, white color);

  • 1/2 cup of honey (flower);

  • 1 tablespoon of almond oil.


Just mix the three components and apply to the wholelength of hair. Leave for 20 minutes, and then rinse, using not only water, but also your usual shampoo. Laying ringlets will become much easier if you apply such a mask at least once a month.


3. Restoring mask


For this mask you will need:



  • 1 chicken egg;

  • 1 banana;

  • 2 tablespoons of honey;

  • half medium size avocado;

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (cold pressed);

  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk (a product similar to very thick milk, obtained by processing milk into butter. It is useful, it is sold as an independentDrinking product and is used as a basis for sour-milk products and beverages. In extreme cases, you can replace buttermilk with low-fat milk, but still it is not recommended).


Smash together the banana, the egg (raw) and the pulpavocado. It is best to stretch them with a spoon, and do not shake in a blender. Pour buttermilk, honey and olive oil into the mixture, apply to hair and rinse with water after 20 minutes.


4. Mask for shine of hair


Take:



  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil;

  • half a glass of coconut milk; -

  • ripe avocado;

  • microwave or oven.


Fry the avocado to a puree state,pour in coconut milk and butter. Then heat the mixture in a microwave for 15-20 seconds at medium temperature, in a warm form, apply to the hair and rinse after half an hour.


5. Mask for hair, prone to fat content


You will need:



  • 5 tablespoons yogurt without additives (4% fat content);

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
