5 day: 700 g dried fruits (except bananas, raisins, figs), 1l tomato juice, water, tea, coffee without sugar.

6th day: 500g of natural yoghurt (fat-free), 1l of tomato juice, tea without sugar.

Day 7: 500g boiled chicken breast or fish, 1l tomato juice, water, tea, coffee without sugar. Potatoes, chicken and fish are recommended to cook without salt.
