In grapes, many vitamins (A, C, B, K, P) and minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc), which improve brain activity, calm the nervous system, provide nutrition for bones and muscles.




Magnesium is necessary for normal operation of the intestine,and iron - for the circulatory system, it is mainly rich in dark varieties of grapes. Grapes have special properties, thanks to which the metabolism is normalized, and the body is cleansed of toxins. For a diet, choose grapes with bones: it contains more polyphenols, which slow the aging process. Also, regular consumption of grapes reduces the risk of developing lung cancer.



A three-day diet option involvesthe use of only grapes. The 1st day - 0,5 kg of grapes, the second day - 1,5 kg, the third day - 2 kg. The daily portion should be divided into 5-6 parts and is every two hours, it is necessary to drink mineral water without gas and herbal teas. For 3 days you can lose weight by about 2 kg.



There is a more interesting diet option, designed for 4 days.



1 day. Breakfast: Muesli with grapes, orange and yoghurt. Lunch: salad - 250 g of pumpkin, 100 grams of grapes 150 g of lettuce, a tablespoon of chopped walnuts. Dinner: fruit salad (100 grams of white grapes, 50 grams of pineapple, a tablespoon of lemon juice) and a slice of chicken breast.



2 day. Breakfast: lemon yogurt (150-200 grams of low-fat yogurt, a tablespoon of lemon juice, all beat up in a mixer), which you pour 150 grams of grapes. Lunch: rice with shrimps. Dinner: potatoes with vegetables (100 grams of potatoes, 1 carrot, a stem of leeks, a little celery root, cut vegetables, pour a glass of broth and stew for 10-15 minutes under the lid, add salt, bay leaves, pepper, and fill the prepared dish a teaspoon of sour cream). For dessert - dark grapes.



3 day. Breakfast: a sandwich with curd cheese, 100 gr. grapes. Lunch: fish with stewed cabbage and grapes (150 grams of sauerkraut, one onion, 300 grams of fish fillet, 50 g of dark grapes, cabbage with onions in a small amount of vegetable oil for 10 minutes, put cabbage on fish fillets and grape berries, then stew for as much, you can pepper). Supper: 100 gr. grapes, green tea without sugar.



4 day. Breakfast: bread with cottage cheese, 100 g of dark grapes. Lunch: grape pancakes (2-3 tablespoons of flour, 100 g of water, one egg, knead dough and bake a few pancakes). You can eat a little boiled rice with pancakes. Dinner: turkey with vegetables and mushrooms (50 g turkey breast, 100 g broccoli cabbage, carrots, 50 g champignons, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 50 grams of red grapes). Cut the turkey meat into thin strips and fry; broccoli boil in boiling water for 2-3 minutes; grate carrot on a large grater, champignons cut in half. Put everything in a saucepan, add half a cup of broth and simmer for 10 minutes. In the end, add sour cream and grapes.



Grape diet is very effective and useful,but if you suffer from colitis or ulcers, do not stick to the grape diet - peel and grape bones can have an irritating effect in colitis and ulcers. And yet, choose only the mature grapes, the acids of immature berries can cause harm. If you have headaches during the diet - drink more warm water and walk in the fresh air.
