Burdock oil for hair growth

Burdock oil is the infusion of burdock roots in almond or olive (sometimes sunflower, but rarely) oil. Burdock roots contain essential oils and fattyacids (palmitic, stearic), tannins, inulin and a host of other useful substances. Burdock was used by our grandmothers as a burdock oil for hair growth. How exactly does this help hair grow?

Each person's hair grows with an individualspeed: someone faster, someone slower. This speed affects the condition of the hair: if the hair is not healthy enough, damaged, they grow slower. Burdock oil helps to get rid of hair problems that slow down their growth, and also stimulates blood supply and nutrition of follicles (hair follicles), as a result, the hair grows faster. Oil, as it were, "reveals their potential."

Theoretically, you can prepare burdock oil at home. But best of all buy special cosmetic burdock oil for hair in a pharmacy. The composition of this oil is designed specifically for use on hair, in particular, it is easier to wash out of hair, and in between using oil, the hair does not become greasy.

Can use burdock oil in its pure form. To do this, you must warm it up in a water bathor in the microwave to 37-38 degrees, and then apply to the hair and scalp, light massage movements rubbing the oil into the roots of the hair. Then wrap the hair with a film and a towel, leave the oil for an hour, and then wash the head. This compress should be done 1-2 times a week. After 10-12 procedures, take a break for two weeks, then you can repeat the course.

But usually burdock oil for hair growth is used in the composition of masks, combining it with other components that enhance and supplement the effect of burdock oil. We offer recipes for hair growth with burdock oil.

Masks with burdock oil for hair growth

Mix 1 tbsp. l. Burdock oil with the same amount of honey and cognac (the consistency of the mixture should be uniform). The resulting mask should be evenly distributed throughout the length of the hair, from the roots to the tips. Leave the mask for half an hour, then wash the head with shampoo. To achieve the effect, the mask needs to be done twice a week for no more than two months in a row. As a result, the hair not only grows faster, but also becomes shiny and silky.

If you are not allergic to pepper tincture, you can add it to the mask for hair growth. To prepare the mask, mix in equal proportions burdock and castor oil and pepper tincture. Rub in the roots of hair, after an hour, rinse with warm water. Do not forget that masks with peppers should first try, say, on the hand to make sure that you will not have an allergic reaction.

You can also use burdock oil in combination with nettle infusion. Take 2 tbsp. l. Leaves of nettle leaves and pour a glass of boiling water. Cooled infusion strain and mix with burdock oil (1 tbsp butter per 100 ml infusion). Apply this mixture in masks twice a week, the course lasts a month.

For greasy hair suitable mask of burdock oil with mustard. Take 2 tbsp. l. butter, mix it with the same amount of mustard powder, 2 tsp. sugar and egg yolk. Add in the received weight of 2 tbsp. l. warm water and mix until homogeneous. Apply the mask with a brush, wrap hair with a film and a towel, after 20-30 minutes, wash the head with warm water and shampoo.

If you have dry and weakened hair, improve their condition and accelerate growth will helpthe following mask: 3 tbsp. l. Burdock oil mixed with two egg yolks. Add cocoa, vitamins A and E in the oily solution (total for 1 tsp). Mix thoroughly, apply mask on hair, wrap it. After an hour, rinse the mask with water, acidified with lemon juice.
