New Year's competitions for schoolchildren

Junior students can already offer slightly more complicated competitions than pre-school children. At the same time, they still remain children who believe in a fairy tale and sincerely enjoy the festive entourage.
New Year's competitions for schoolchildren
Smeshink
Lead (preferably if it's someone fromadults) gives out to all players funny nicknames related in any way to the New Year: a flashlight, a snowman, a garland, a snowflake, a cracker, etc. Children become in a circle, and the leader inside the circle moves from one player to another and asks each of them them various questions. The catch is that players must answer any question given by their nicknames. You can incline the word and add prepositions to it, if necessary.
Dialogues of players and leaders can look something like this:
- What's your name?
- Snowflake.
- What holiday do we celebrate today?
- Snowman.
"Where do you study?"
"In the snow!"
- What do we decorate the Christmas tree?
-Soculums.
The task of the facilitator is to select the questionsso that the answers are as unexpected and ridiculous as possible. The task of the players is not to laugh, answering questions or listening to the answers of others. The one who has laughed, leaves the game and gives the lead the phantom. Win the most "persistent and serious." The leader awards them, and then plays the forfeits.
Burimee
This game is quite popular among children, andamong adults. It will help children to develop and develop their imagination and creativity. Who knows, maybe you will discover in your child a poetic talent?
Prepare cards with rhymes by number of players in advance. Rhymes can be the simplest, for example:
January - calendar
nose-frost
bright - gifts
grandfather - years
year - goes
Give each player cards with rhymes andAnnounce the task: for the allotted time you need to write a poem for the given rhymes. You can even a few - if only there was enough time and imagination. When all the poems are ready, the authors read them in turn, and then selects the best poem.
If you are afraid that it will be difficult to determinewinner, or those children whose poems have not won, are offended, can come up with different nominations (by the number of players) and separately award the most original poem, the most New Year's poem, the most productive poet, etc. In this case, no child will be left without gifts.
Dance or freeze
This team competition, it is best to conduct itwith a large number of participants. Divide the children into two teams and put them in a row opposite each other. For each team, turn on music in turn. The task of the players is to dance. But the whole team must make one certain movement, and maximally synchronously. When the music ends, put a musical piece for the second team, which dances its movement. Movements of commands should not be repeated.
The game continues until one of the teamsnot "freeze", unable to come up with another move. A "frozen" team is considered a loser. Winners are awarded a prize (for example, sweets or tangerines), and the losing team is again put on music, so that it dances and "warmed up."
Find a fir
This competition can be conducted both at the schoolmatinee, and on New Year's holiday with the family. If there are a lot of children, break out into several teams, if not - let everyone play for himself. Each team or player is handed a pen and a sheet of paper. For the allotted time, you need to think up as many words as possible in which there is a syllable "spruce": April, drops, blizzard, flute ... Five-ten minutes will be enough, if you give more time, children can get bored.
The catch of the game is that most players willremember only those words that end in "fir", especially if in the beginning to bring them exactly this example. And only the most ingenious will understand that the syllable "spruce" can stand in the beginning or in the middle of the word, for example: gorge, dolphin, spruce, slacker, businesslike ...
For each invented word a team (or a player) is credited with one point. The one who gets the most points wins. This player (or team) is given a sweet prize.
We hope that our New Year contests and games for children will help you entertain schoolchildren, making the holiday fun and interesting.
