The Monster in Paris

The action of the cartoon "The Monster in Paris" takes place in the French capital of Paris in 1910, during the famous flood, when the Seine emerged from the coast. Unsuccessful experiment turns a flea into a anthropomorphic monster (Mathieu Shedid). A giant insect drives fear not only to Paris, but to the whole of France.
Shy projectionist Emile (Sebastien Deju) and tireless inventor Raoul (Gad Elmaleh) go in pursuit of the monster. During this hunt, they meet a singer from the cabaret "Rare Bird" by name Lucille (Vanessa Paradis), an eccentric scientist and his petulant monkey.
In the end, the whole company finds out that monster is harmless, although terrifying in appearance, and now their task is to hide it from the merciless and ambitious chief of the city police of Paris.
