First we cover the whole nail with a matte whitelacquer, and then with a fine brush we draw a pattern - the base of the nail next to the cuticle is completely covered with black varnish, we put two dots, drawing the "eyes" of the snowman, using the usual toothpick to draw a line of the mouth with black lacquer and a red "nose".
