Even if you have never embroidered ribbons, then thisdoes not mean that you will not succeed. It is important only to strictly follow all the points and show a little patience. As a result, you will create a real work of art that will become a worthy decoration of your interior. Such an unusual detail will surprise guests and will every day cheer up your relatives.
To make a lilac of tapes you will need:
purple and violet satin ribbons (about 5 mm in width);
threads of purple and lilac shade;
fabric of dense material;
two needles (one must have a wide enough eyelet);
scissors and hoop.
If you have prepared all the tools we need, we can go directly to embroidering lilac ribbons step by step.
Pass some of the fabric into the embroidery frame. Then pull on the front side of the needle - one with the thread passed, and the other with the tape.
You can pull the tape out of the needle, if so it will be more convenient for you. With the second needle, do not tape the stitches in this way: 2 along, 1 across, 2 along, 1 across.
After you stretch the thread, pull the tape assembly. You should get a lilac bud. Bring the needle to the wrong side and secure the thread with a neat knot.
Then again pull the needle with the thread on the outside and create exactly the same stitches. Repeat the threads fixed on the wrong side after each embroidered bud.
This technique of embroidery with lilac ribbons suggestscreation of several buds. Here everything depends on your wishes. It is best to make buds of different shades. As you can see, the process is fairly simple and does not require much effort.
Important: when the tape runs out and you need to insert the next one, fix it with the thread from the wrong side.

create stitches in the horizontal direction. Choose the color of the ribbon at your discretion;
then by interlacing, embroider stitches through one.
