What to take in the trek

A hike is not a job for the faint-hearted. To ensure that the trip does not become for you the most terrible occurrence of the summer, what to take in the trek, so as not to provide yourself with discomfort during the trip.
Before thinking about what to take on a hike, determine the choice of location. If you go on a hike for the first time, fatigue to youprovided. Take care that you do not become a burden to the company with which you go camping. The fact is that hiking in the mountains and traveling on the plain are two different things. If you are not ready to conquer the mountains, it is better to "train in survival" on the plain, and only then to develop the power of a true traveler, gradually changing the type of route.
Carefully Explore the map of your intended route. Extremals have nothing to fear, but if youa beginner in the field business, you can be upset by the fact that near the place of your location there may not be a settlement with apartment buildings and shops. In fact, they should not exist, because people go on hikes just to rest from civilization and from the intrusion into their lives of the rules of a densely populated city. In order not to be in an awkward position, let's, at last, be determined: what to take in a hike, so that rest does not become problematic.
Backpack. Let's start with the backpack. Its capacity is measured in liters. For a girl there is enough 40 liters of capacity, and a man can carry 80-100 liters. Note that the backpack should not be beautiful, it should be comfortable and roomy. Stacking things in a backpack is necessary taking into account the need for this or that thing. For example, a tent, a mattress, a rug and sleeping bag should be placed at the very bottom, but a jacket, a spare T-shirt or a warm jacket should be placed from above, so that if necessary, do not rummage in the backpack. In modern backpacks under the very bottom there is a surprise - a rag cover from the rain. It stretches on the backpack from above and does not allow the rain to wet your things.
clothing. What to take in a hike from clothes? Do not flatter yourself if it's unbearable heat outside. Of course, you will want to immediately dive into the river and sunbathe, but closer to the evening it usually becomes cool. If you overheat in the sun, you may be very cold by late evening due to a sharp drop in body temperature. Here you will need warm clothes, which you looked skeptical about, collecting a backpack. Despite the weather conditions that promise the "Sahara Desert", be sure to take with you two pairs of warm socks, a waterproof windbreaker or a warm jacket, a warm jacket (preferably two), pantyhose or underpants. In rainy and cloudy weather, you will thank yourself for your foresight. A sleeping bag is a wonderful thing. It is very warm to sleep in, but do not put all your hopes on it. It is much warmer to sleep in a sack if you are well dressed.
Footwear. Warm shoes in the hike are as relevant asshales. In no case do not tread on your bare feet, referring to the heat. Better let it be hot than it hurts, because dust, sand, hot earth is a complete discomfort for the bare soles.
Food. What to take in a hike, so as not to die of hunger? It's no secret that you want to eat in the fresh air. Take more bread and canned food. Canned food can be stored for a long time, but in no case do not leave them in the sun. If you have already opened, place canned food from a tin can in another bowl, but do not leave it for long. Do not take perishable products. If you took meat - it is better to fry it faster at the stake, so that it does not deteriorate. Fish should not be taken, otherwise it can give off poison or toxins. Sausage can only take a raw smoked. Water, simple and mineral, you need to stock up seriously. Just in case, take an empty eggplant. If you meet a column - it's a great opportunity to replace stagnant simple water with fresh. Do not forget about tea, coffee, salt, sugar and spices.
Dishes. Do not take on a hike quickly breaking things. Enameled or plastic dishes - a wonderful helper in the campaign. In special thermosets, food is generally well kept. A knife, cups, plates, spoons, a bowler are utensils of the first necessity. Kitchen plates, garlic clocks and other is better not to take. Firstly - extra weight, and secondly - absolutely not useful. Crumbling greens or cutting bread can also be on an inverted iron plate.
Small accessories. Remember that matches, lighters, foil, pumpfor pumping a mattress, a flashlight, a first aid kit with medicines, mosquito protection, a cream against burns, spare bags, newspapers to kindle a fire - these are essential small accessories that will make it easier for you to hike. Do not dial makeup if you are a woman. Believe me, in a hike not beauty is valued, but endurance and optimism.
Now you know what to take to trekking. Stock up with a pen and notepad and write yourself a plan in which the items will indicate the things you need. Hundred times check the backpack before you leave the house, so as not to spoil the rest of yourself and the company.
