Gift wrapping with own handsThe new year is about to come, the gifts have already been bought - it remains to pack them. Of course, you can pack all the gifts in a store that provides similar services. But gift wrapping not so difficult, while a self-packaged gift accurately produced impressions on the gifted!

Gift wrapping with one's own hands is good uniqueness. Packaged in this way, the gift will always beis individual. Such a package will allow you to show creativity, put a piece of your soul into a gift and show your attitude to the person to whom you are going to give a gift.

It's very simple and quick to wrap gifts with your own hands from crepe paper. This paper is very thin, delicate and elegant, but at the same time strong enough to withstand the weight of a not particularly dimensional gift.

The easiest way to pack a present in creme paper is to make out of it pouch. To do this, you need to cut out the square of the desired areaof crepe paper. If you are afraid that the paper will not stand, cut out a rectangle the size of the two required squares, and then fold it in half. Place the gift in the center of the square (you can put a bottom in the form of a cardboard mug between the gift and paper), and then lift the ends of the paper and collect them together over the center of the square. Tie up the resulting bag with a ribbon and attach to it an artificial flower or a tag with a congratulation.

A gift with an elongated shape (for example, a bottle of wine) can be packed in the form of a cracker (candy) of crepe paper. Packaging gifts with their own hands in the form of a cracker is done quite simply. To do this, you will need a hollow cardboard cylinder of the correct diameter and length. If you do not have a finished cylinder, you can glue it yourself. Cover it with foil or colored paper, or you can paint with acrylic paint.

Take a roll of creped paper and cut a piecerequired size. The length of the piece should be 15 cm longer than the length of the cylinder, and the width should be equal to two cylinder diameters + 2.5 cm for gluing. Fold the resulting rectangle of paper and fold it twice as wide. Place a gift inside the cylinder and place the cylinder on the crepe paper. Wrap the cylinder in the paper and secure it with PVA glue.

To tie the ends of a "cracker", cut twostripes of crepe paper (the size of the strips is about 5x25 cm). Each strip strip a tourniquet and tie these bundles ends of the resulting "crackers". You can decorate gift packaging with applique, sequins or tinsel.

Please note that the color of the creme paper for gift wrapping should depend on the person to whom the gift is meant. Men usually prefer more reserved, deep and noble tone. Women love romantic pastel shades, and children will like colorful and cheerful packaging. Although there are exceptions to any rules, so pay attention not so much to the sex as to the character of the person you are about to gift.

Aromatized gift wrapping with their own hands just will not go unnoticed! To create such a package you will need tulle, glue, a mixture of aromatic herbs, a satin ribbon and a box with a gift. It should be a small box with a removable cover - a large gift so you can not pack it.

Remove the lid from the box and cut a piece of tullethe same shape as the lid, but a larger area - on each side there should be a "stock" of 2.5-3 cm. Lubricate the lid of the box with glue and put on it an aromatic herbal mixture. It can be twigs of lavender, rosemary, basil, thyme, small buds of flowers. Cover the aromatic herbs with tulle, gently bend its edges and glue the tulle to the rim of the lid. When the glue dries, mask the edges of the tulle by gluing the satin ribbon on top. If the edges of the tulle are too long and look out from under the tape - cut them after the glue dries.

The box itself decorate in any way. You can use the application, quilling, mosaic, decoupage and other techniques and techniques of needlework. Place the gift in a decorated box, cover, tie with a satin ribbon and attach artificial or dried flowers to the ribbon.

If you love everything original, you will surely like it Japanese-style gift wrapping - Furoshiki. However, it is not so much the technique of gift wrapping, how much your love and attention to the gifted.
