Ingredients: 0.8 -1.0 liters of cranberry, 0.5 liters of good quality vodka, 1 glass of water 1 glass of sugar.


Preparation. Put the mashed berries in a glass bottle,pour them with vodka in the specified proportions, cover the dishes with a dense lid and mix for 7-10 days. Can be longer, the taste of the tincture will only be richer. Tincture should be regularly, at least once a day, shake and mix. The resulting vodka infusion strain through gauze, squeeze and add sugar syrup.


The proportions of sugar and water in the solution can be changed,achieving a lesser sweetness of filling, but the traditional ratio of 1: 1 allows you to get a beautiful lady's dessert drink with a strength of 20 degrees. and a sugar content of about 20%.   • ready "cranberry" is filtered through two layers of gauze and filter paper, bottled and sent to storage or to the table.



Note that the cranberry tincture in this casewill be very weak and not very saturated in taste and color. One thing remains unchanged: regardless of the chosen recipe and the result you achieved, and you can get a light liqueur, and very strong, over 45% liquor, regretting the time spent preparing them, you definitely will not.
