Excessive monotony of the interior. One-color designs are definitely a key trend-2017. No wonder - they are practical, convenient and versatile. But monochrome space needs contrasting accents, otherwise the room will become boring and faceless. If you are too carried away by minimalism, dilute it with a pair of colorful gizmos: decorative cushions or a coverlet, a spectacular clock, a vase or a bouquet of bright colors. Monitor the result: it is important not to fall into another extreme and not fill the living room with a lot of variegated trinkets.
Lack of textiles and floor coverings. "Naked" window openings and floors are good for glossy photos from specialized publications - in reality, such solutions bring a lot of inconvenience. Choose stylish curtains or curtains, put a small, but spectacular carpet on the floor - the living room will be transformed for the better.
Overabundance of paintings. Posters and drawings on the walls - accent elements: they should not be too much. If you are determined to arrange a mini-gallery, carefully group the selected pictures so that they look like a single collection and hang them at eye level.
