3 natural home face masks
Summer heat and dust are especially intolerant to our skin, and the face suffers, of course, most of all. Three home masks from natural ingredients will help you moisturize and restore the skin.
Quick refreshing and cooling mask
Almost a necessity for a hot summer in a big city.
To make such a mask, you will need distilled water (1 glass), a bag of green tea, 5 drops of lavender oil, lemon, fresh mint and a jar.
Fill the jar with water, put the tea bag inside and put it in the refrigerator.
When the mixture is cool, add lavender oil - it soothes the skin and cleanses the pores.
Squeeze half a lemon - it narrows the pores and refreshes the complexion.
Add fresh mint leaves - this is optional, but they smell nice and in themselves have a soothing and cooling effect, even without being placed in cold water.
Put the jar in the refrigerator and store it there, using as needed.
Remember that natural masks are not storedas long as ordinary cosmetics. This mixture is better to use for 5 days (this is just the length of the working week, and on hot and busy weekdays, a little rest for the skin is needed as never before), and then make a new one.
Cleansing home mask against black dots
This mask will quickly restore the complexion, remove the black dots, deeply clean and narrow the pores, and also help reduce sebum secretion.
All you need is egg white (from 1 egg), a bowl and tissue paper, and a wide makeup brush (do not forget to wash it in cool water after the procedure!).
To make a mask:
Take the protein, pour it into a bowl and whip a bit.
Carefully apply it with a brush to the face, avoiding the area of the eyes and lips.
From a sheet of tissue paper, cut 4 circles -holes for the eyes, nose and lips. Carefully put the paper on your face, gently smoothing it. Another good option is to grab the paper in very small pieces and gently sprinkle them on the face, covering each skin area.
Apply another layer of egg white on top.
Leave to dry - usually for 15-20 minutes. After the mask has completely dried, gently pry its edge and pull upward, removing it from the bottom up. The black dots will stay on paper.
Wash with warm water and apply, if you wish, a moisturizer.
This mask should be used twice a week, if the skin is prone to fat, and once if the skin is dry.
Moisturizing orange mask
Moisturizing and vitamin C! But be careful - all allergies that react to citrus, this mask can not be used.
What you need:
70 g. Oat flakes (as small as possible, without additives, sugar, sweeteners, etc.);
juice of one whole orange;
3 tablespoons of natural yogurt (also without additives and sugar);
2 tablespoons of honey;
2 teaspoons dried orange crusts (they must be crushed).
To make a mask:
This mask should be stored in the refrigerator and used for a week - it does not contain any preservatives, and it will not be possible to store it for longer.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, adding flakes in the last turn, but not all at once, but 1 tablespoon, constantly mixing.
The consistency of the mixture should be medium, not too liquid. To make it thicker, add more cereal.
Apply the mixture on a clean, dry facial skin, avoiding the area around the eyes. The layer must be thin.
Leave the mask on the skin for 15-30 minutes (depending on its type - dry skin needs more time).
Then rinse it off with warm water.
