Everybody loves whales«Everybody loves whales"- this is another story about saving mananimals. Many may resent it, because the theme of saving killer whales and dolphins has already been used in movies many times. But on the other hand, the plot of any film can be compared to something that was already there.

The film "Everyone loves whales" based on real events that occurred in Alaska in 1988. When everyone found out about how the whales are fighting fortheir salvation, all people thought about their relationship to nature. And it's not about polluting the oceans with spilled oil. Nature can also prepare an ice trap for the entire whale family. And only a reporter from a small town and a volunteer decide to fight with the elements and save the family of gray whales from imminent death. This is the story that formed the basis of the plot of the film "Everyone loves whales."

Saving the gray whale family is the main line of the plot. But this the film tells about people's attitude to nature. The film also hints at the board of the presidentRonald Reagan and the way his administration deals with the problems of saving nature. Problems with Greenpeace, the oil refining industry, cooperation with the Eskimos in Alaska and even America's foreign relations with the Soviet Union can all be glimpsed on the screen. As you can see, the film "Everyone loves whales" is very versatile.

But all the same it is not necessary to be frightened and to think, that inthe film tells only about the political problems of America. In fact, the film is not overloaded with information about political relations. After all, the main role in the film assigned to the reporter Adam Carlson (John Krasinski) and his former girl - an animal-loving volunteer Rachel Kramer (Drew Barrymore). It is they who make attempts to save animals.

Against the backdrop of desperate attempts to save animals, one can see a new twist in the relationship between two people. It seemed that love is already in the past, and everything is forgotten, but is it really so?
