Carnations are considered the colors-symbols of the victory overfascism. Every year it is these beautiful flowers that give veterans and eyewitnesses of the horrors of the Great Patriotic War in memory of the steadfastness of their faith and the invincibility of the spirit. In this master class, we suggest that you master the creation of beautiful carnations from paper. They can be used as additional elements of the application or for creating a decorative bouquet. For example, paper carnations tied with St. George's ribbon will be very touching.

Necessary materials:
paper napkins
green paper
wire
pliers
scissors
glue
Step-by-step instruction on how to make an odd job for the Victory Day contest:
Take a square napkin and add it diagonally. We repeat this step three times. Such manipulations will help to create fan-shaped folds from the center.
Straighten the napkin, to make sure that everythingfaces are formed. Now again add up as follows: each back of the face bends in half until our napkin becomes narrow, like a sharp blade. We take a napkin for a spout and turn it inside out.
Again, straighten the folds and bend it again. Hold the paper horizontally with your right hand, clamp its nose with your left bow. Once again we turn the napkin to the left, scrolling the folds around the spout, and return it. We continue to fold the "petals" and again turn out the napkin to make 3 rows, as in the photo below.
Now fix the base of the bud and cut off the excess. From a piece of wire and green paper, we form a stem and leaves. We fix the work pieces together with glue.
Then gently lob the petal to straighten the bud of the carnation from the edge and moving to the core of the flower.

The next version of the craft can not be usedOnly as an original exhibit for the school exhibition, but also for a memorable gift or even a home decor. This magnet is made of plain paper, and for its decoration, acrylics or gouache are used. Outwardly, it will resemble one of the most famous symbols of Victory Day - the Order of the Patriotic War.
How to draw a five-pointed star you can see here
Necessary materials:
cardboard
white paper A4
paints (maroon, gold, silver)
brushes
scissors
Double-sided tape
ruler
simple pencil
soft magnet
Step-by-step instruction on how to make a craft yourself
Take the usual white A4 sheet and cut off the excess - we need a square with sides of 21 cm. We fold the workpiece in half. For the order, we need two identical blanks.
On the line of the fold along the width of the resulting rectangle we measure 7 cm and make a mark. Raise the lower opposite corner and bend the sheet.
Then bend the top corner inward.
Then bend the bottom corner to the upper corner so that the top and bottom sides of the sheet fully match.
Now from the top corner with the ruler andWe draw a simple pencil straight so that a rectangular triangle is obtained. On the underside measure 5 cm and draw a straight line from the given point to the upper corner.
On the second workpiece on the underside measure 2 cm and also draw a straight line from the given point to the upper corner. We bend our figure in half.
Now unbend and bend the right and left edges of the workpiece to the middle.
Straighten the sheet and now, focusing on the formed bends, we will draw the stepped edges of the star. Cut out the workpiece.
Now straighten half of the workpiece and that the bends of the star become even clearer accurately bend the half of the accordion.
Preparing the Parts
The second billet, where we measured on the bottomside 2 cm, cut off the extra and straighten out the resulting five-pointed star. Apply it to the inside of the cardboard and circle it like a pattern. Cut out the card from the resulting star.
Draw on the cardboard a circle with a compass or circle a round container of a suitable diameter. Also we draw a magnet on the cardboard. We cut out both blanks.
We color the first star with gold paint, and the second one with maroon. We create a claret color and a smaller circle. We paint the big circle with a silvery color.
We circle the magnet on a sheet of paper and draw a sickle and a hammer. On the second sheet we draw a gun and a saber. We paint both drawings, let the workpieces dry and cut out.
Crafting
We glue the burgundy circle to the silvery one with the help of double-sided scotch tape.
The golden paint is applied to the inscription "Patriotic War" and draw a small star.
Congratulations on May 9 can be found here.
Proceed to assembly of the magnet. First, we glue the hammer and sickle to the center of the circle. By double-sided adhesive tape attach the magnet to the back side of the golden star. All other details are also attached to the scotch in the following sequence: red star, gun and saber, silver circle. Done!
