water cold - 250 ml

Preparation method:
In a container of cold water, gradually add two teaspoons of potato starch, stirring constantly.
Put the mixture on a slow fire, bring toboiling, stirring constantly. As soon as the first bubbles appear, remove from heat and cool. If the lumps are still formed, break them with a fork or a whisk so that the result is a uniform viscous paste.
While the paste is cool, take the cotton wool andform small balls from it. In order to make artificial snow, it is better to use synthetic cotton, and not natural. Such material is more fluffy and "airy" than heavy and dense cotton.
When the paste is cool, grease them with cotton ballson all sides and put them on a baking sheet or tray in a warm place (under a battery or on a warm electric floor). If you want your toys made of cotton wool and paste to gleam like real snow, you can sprinkle them with silver glitter on top.

Preparation method:
