Easter basket-rabbit

The easiest, but very funny version of the basket is the Easter basket in the form of a fluffy rabbit. For its manufacture you will need:

• 
  finished basket
• 
  beads of cotton wool
• 
  glue
• 
  scissors
• 
  white and pink felt
• 
  beads or buttons for eyes
• 
  thick threads for the mouth

Cotton balls can be made by ourselves, but wewe advise you to buy ready-made balls of cotton wool to remove cosmetics. They are often produced in different colors, so you can make not a white, but a blue or pink basket.

First, glue with cotton balls sideside of the basket. While the glue dries, cut out the ears from the white felt, and from the pink - the inner surface of the ears. Glue or sew the outer and inner sides of the ears and glue them to the basket where you plan to make the rabbit's muzzle.

From pink felt cut out a small trianglefor the nose. Glue the eyes-beads and nose from the felt to the face. Fold thick threads in the shape of the mouth and also glue on the muzzle. Easter basket is ready!

Easter basket from old magazines

A very simple piece of art that does not require a lot of materials is an Easter basket made from old magazines. To make it you will need:

• 
  covers from old magazines
• 
  ruler
• 
  pencil
• 
  scissors
• 
  stationery knife
• 
  transparent scotch tape

First, make a base for the basket. To do this, from the cover of the magazine you need to cut a square with a side of about 23 cm. Draw a square as a field for playing tic-tac-toe, on nine small squares, using a pencil and ruler.

Cut out the corner squares to make a cross instead of a large square (as in the picture). The remaining central square will be the bottom of the basket, the four squares around it - the sides.

In the sides using a clerical knife make four slots (see the picture). Fold the sides up.

Cut magazine covers into strips thickabout 1.5 cm. Begin to weave the strips in the slits in the sides by the same principle as the usual baskets (inside-out-inside-out) are woven. We need to weave from the bottom up, moving from the bottom of the basket to the top. When one strip ends, fix the tip with a transparent tape and begin to weave a new one.

When you have finished weaving the strips, make a knob from one strip. Easter basket from old magazines is ready!

Easter basket with flowers

This basket looks very elegant, but it's very simple. To make such a basket with flowers, you will need:

• 
  light plastic pail (for example, from ice cream)
• 
  burlap
• 
  artificial flowers
• 
  scissors
• 
  Glue (best - glue gun).
• 
  tapes

First, glue the workpiece to the basket(plastic pail) sackcloth or any other fabric that you will like. For these purposes, the glue gun is well suited - it perfectly glues different materials, but keep in mind that you need to handle it carefully - you can get burned.

In places of joints of fabric glue artificialflowers or any other decoration to hide ugly seams. Then see where else you can glue the flowers, so that they are evenly distributed and the basket does not seem to be overloaded.

Handle the pail with a tape or strip of the same fabric that you pasted the bucket itself, and fix the tape with glue. The basket is ready - you just have to wait until the glue dries.
