Bouquet of fruits with own hands

For the production of a bouquet it is possible to use practically any fruit and berries. The main thing is that they should be fresh, dense,beautiful and undamaged. Do not use too juicy fruit, which can begin to flow with juice. Together with fruits and berries, you can include flowers in a bouquet of chocolates. To decorate the bouquet, you can use chocolate (to dip the berries in it), greens, live or artificial flowers.
You will also need a fruit bouquet knife, scissors, skewers, biscuit molds and a round spoon for ice cream (the last two items are optional). Molds are used to cut out various figures from dense fruits (for example, pineapple), and using a round spoon for ice cream, you can make balls from melon pulp.
To start prepare the container for the bouquet. It can be a vase, a pot, a basket, etc. The container must be filled with a salt test, clay or foam, into which you will stick skewers with fruits and berries. A pot or a vase for a bouquet can be pasted with something, painted, decorated in the technique of decoupage - in general, decorate to your taste.
Start with stringing of fruits and berries on skewers. It is best to use the so-calledbarbecue skewers - long pointed wooden skewers. Take a berry or a piece of fruit and nibble on a skewer not less than a third of the size (or two-thirds better, for greater reliability). Vine can be pierced at once for several pieces for one skewer. If you use pieces of apples for a bouquet, they should be dropped into the water with the addition of citric acid or juice, so that they do not darken.
It is possible to tie a bow on the skewera colored ribbon directly under the berry or a piece of fruit. Having made enough skewers with fruits and berries, you can start to stick them into the base. To make a bouquet of fruits look harmonious, it is advisable to place the skewers symmetrically. Vary the length and inclination of the skewers to give the desired shape to the bouquet. Fill the space between the skewers with greens, with live or artificial flowers.
Can arrange fruit and berries with tiers: each tier - a certain fruit or berry. In this case, the largest fruits will be located on top, and with each tier their size will decrease. To crown a bouquet it is possible a large beautiful berry or the figurine cut out from a pineapple (a heart, an asterisk, etc.).
Strawberry berries can be dipped in chocolate or decorated with a pattern of chocolate, sugar fondant or glaze with the aid of a cornet. To cover the berry with chocolate or glaze, heat the chocolate or glaze in a water bath until softening (only do not overheat the mass). After planting the washed and dried berries on a skewer, dab it in chocolate or glaze. Before glazing, you can hold a berry for a few minutes in rum or cognac.
When glazing with chocolate, the berry should be immediately immersed in ice water for 20-30 seconds, then gently dried with a soft napkin and wait until it dries completely. Only after this, you can stick a skewer with glazed berries in a bouquet of fruits.
Also you can immediately after glazing carefully roll a berry in multi-colored coconut shavings or grated nuts (of course, dipping it into ice water is not necessary). Still you can wait for complete cooling, and then to paint a berry chocolate or glaze of contrasting color with a thin brush or cornet.
As you can see, making a bunch of fruits with your own hands is not so difficult. Please note that such a delicious gift you need to eat as soon as possible: long fruit bouquet "will not live."
