Necessary materials:
The basis is a plastic wrap with a width of 0.6-1.0 cm - 1 pc;
Cutting tulle 15 cm * 75 cm;
Flowers, diameter of 2 cm - 15 pieces (7 blue and 8 yellow);
Leaves 3 cm * 2 cm - 4 pieces;
Threads with a needle in the tone of tulle;
Nail polish remover;
Cotton pad;
Scissors;
Small pliers;

Glue gun;

Spring bezel with own hands - step by step instruction
We measure the hoop by the length of a centimeter, leaving 2 cm from each edge for the ears, remember the figure.
Take the cut tulle and fold it along the width (the narrow part) in half, iron the place of the fold. Once again, fold it in half and iron it.
