For Russia this is:
03 from a fixed telephone;
003 from the mobile phone of the operator Beeline;
030 with mobile phone operators MTS and Megaphone.
For Ukraine:
103 - a single number, both for stationary and for mobile phones
For Belarus:
103 is also a single number for all phones
In case your SIM card is blocked or there is no money on the account or even when there is no SIM card at all, you can call to 112, which is valid for all CIS countries.
How to behave and what to say to the operator
As soon as you reach the ambulance,you need to pull yourself together and clearly answer the questions of the operators. Why is it necessary? This information will be forwarded to the nearest emergency room and depending on your answers, emergency workers will decide which devices and medications you need to have to help you, or at all, save your life.
Often, the operator's questions are standard:
Describe the problem, what happened to you or another person? For example, a heart attack, or car accident, high blood pressure and so on;
Who suffered, who needs help? They will be asked to tell more about the person, his height, sex, how old he is;
Who you are? You can be a casual passer-by, a relative, a brother, a neighbor in the stairwell and so on. It is necessary to know if you can stay in place and wait for the ambulance carriage or not, whether you have the opportunity and knowledge to provide first aid or not;
Say the number of your phone. It is very important to take control of yourself and not to get anything mixed. Your phone number will be given to the doctor on duty and to the nurse or nurse who will go on call. Cities are different, large and small, and so an unpleasant situation can arise when an emergency car gets stuck in a traffic jam, gets lost. In this case, you will be contacted and you will help to reach your destination, or you will be warned that in connection with the traffic jam, you must deliver the patient yourself to the nearest hospital if the situation is critical and there is no time to wait.
