The Manhattan Cocktail

For a very long time of its existence, the Manhattan cocktail (such a spelling is also very common) has become very popular. The classic recipe for Manhattan is known to any bartender, but that's often prepared this cocktail in different versions.
Classic Manhattan cocktail
To prepare a classic cocktail you will need the following ingredients:
- 60 ml rye whiskey
- 15 ml of sweet vermouth
- 2-3 drops of bitter angostura
- ice

- 30 ml of light rum
- 20 ml of dry vermouth

- 10 ml of dry vermouth
- 10 ml of sweet vermouth
- 45 ml of Canadian whiskey
- 3 drops of bitter angostura
As you can see, Manhattan cocktail can be cooked in different versions. But the main condition is not to whip the cocktail, but stir it with a spoon. There are three reasons for this. First, the cocktail in this way quickly cools. Secondly, the ice during the stirring will melt a little and dilute the cocktail to the desired state, which is also very important. Thirdly, whipping in the cocktail gets air, which then starts to rise in small bubbles, which greatly affects the look of the cocktail, making it look like a cloud.
