We bring to your attention a celebratory drink - a recipe of a cocktail "New Year's"
Cocktail "New Year"
For preparation it will be required:
- lemon - 1 pc.
- sugar - 2 cups
- boiling water - 1 liter.
- cognac - 50 g
- orange - 2 pcs.
- wine - 100 g
- compote - 1 liter (10 servings)
Preparation
Cut finely chopped lemon peel with sugar, pour into a steep boiling water, squeeze the lemon juice there, add cognac and let stand under the lid for 3 hours.
Then add the orange juice, drain the solution, pour in the dry white wine.
Before serving, add canned compote.
Drink to cool and serve on the table.
