Corporate nature: ideas, contests, entertainment

Corporate outdoor recreation not only help workers relax andhave a rest, then start working again with new strength. Corporate nature is also an excellent opportunity to communicate in an informal atmosphere, to get to know each other better, to strengthen team spirit, after all.
Of course, the easiest way to conduct a corporateon the nature - to entrust all the efforts to a specialized agency. But is it worth the cost? It's one thing - when you pay for something that you can not handle yourself (for example, professional holding team building), another - to pay someone for organizing a picnic with shish kebabs and volleyball. So it's better all the same do it yourself.
The best thing distribute responsibilities among colleagues. Let someone is responsible for collecting money, someone -for the purchase of products, for someone - for their preparation. It is necessary to find the person responsible for the organization of transport and other technical aspects, the cultural program ... It's just not necessary to distribute the duties compulsorily, otherwise the rest will turn into routine fulfillment of the "over" responsibilities. Usually in every team there is "initiative group", which with pleasure itself will be engaged in the organization of the corporate, and even less active colleagues will attract.
But, organizing a corporate on the nature, manyadmit a common mistake: they are so fond of technical moments and cooking shish kebabs that they completely forget about the cultural program. Usually the corporate nature (like, in principle, any picnic) lasts almost the whole day. Even if you subtract from them the time of cooking and eating sandwiches and shish kebabs, there will be several more hours that need to be occupied. That's where the competitions, games and competitions will come in handy.
The first thing that comes to mind is sport games. Football, volleyball, badminton ... All that comes to mind. The main thing is not to forget to take the inventory. You can play "department against the department", "boys against girls", play a quarterly bonus in badminton ... About the prize, of course, a joke, but it's better not to overrule the director and the chief accountant.
Can i organize a quest in the forest, for example, the search for a treasure (a box of beer) or a gameby the type of "Cossack robbers": the marketing department is hiding in the forest, and the logistics department is looking for him on left traces (arrowheads from twigs, scattered along the road cones and bread crumbs).
But sports games are not to everyone's liking, but organizationa good quest - it's not an easy thing. In this case, cheerful contests, games, competitions and relay races come to the aid. Organizing them is not so difficult, and they do not require special physical training. We offer you a pair games and contests for the exit corporate.
Games and contests for corporate on the nature
The Pyramid of Cheops
This game is a team relay. All players need to be divided into several teams with the same number of participants. Each team is lined up in a column at the finish line and calculated by numbers. Next to each team you need to draw a small circle. The same circles are drawn on the finish line, and inside them pyramids are laid out from oranges or apples.
The leader calls the number, for example, 5. The task of the player at number 5 in each team is to reach his circle with a pyramid of fruits, take an apple or an orange, return to the team and put the fruit in an empty circle. Then the host calls another number, the player runs, takes the second fruit, returns, puts it to the first ... But the fruit should not be put "as it is", but in order to lay out the same pyramid, as at the finish.
The winner is the team that first folded the pyramid. If a team drops one of the pyramids, it automatically counts the defeat.
Loaders
This contest is better spent on a sandy beach. For him you need the requisite - buckets and sieves by the number of teams. All participants are divided into two teams, which are built in line opposite each other. The first player in each line is given a sieve, before the last they put a bucket. At the signal, the first player scoops the sieve sand and passes it on. When the sieve with sand reaches the last player, he must pour the sand into the bucket. The team that first fills the bucket with sand (or pours more sand into the bucket in the allotted time) wins.
