It is worth noting that all teachers know about this situation, but, strangely enough, not all schools give the right to long-term educational leave. In some schools,that teachers do not have enough, so no one will give a long vacation for a year. On the other hand, such a vacation is, of course, not paid for by the school. And to live after all it is necessary, therefore and it is necessary to continue to work many.



But all the same, the right to a creative holiday is enjoyed by all teachers who have worked in a school or university for 10 years. Article 335 of the LC RF the right of teachers tolong vacation. In Ukraine, teachers can also benefit from this right, just like workers of any other sphere, who need this time to write a dissertation, a scientific work or a textbook. But how many teachers take creative holidays to really devote this time to writing a textbook?



But still a long leave without content is also available. In large companies, long-term leave is given to employees who have worked long enough in one place. In this case, it is often possible to observe professional burnout of employees. To prevent this, the management of large companies can give employees a long vacation for a period of 1 year.



What is fraught with leave without content for the employer and employee? It would seem that an employee can be a long timerest, so to speak, feel retired. The employer in this period is obliged to keep the place of work for the employee, but in his place take the applicant or take another person to work, but beforehand having negotiated all the conditions. All this is happening, but, as practice shows, after a long vacation few people return to their former place of work. Especially often this situation can be observed among educators.



During a long vacation a person has the opportunity not only to relax from work that could have already been eaten for a long time, he also can do something completely new. No one can forbid to find a new job and work there. And some even open their own private business, so not all return to the old job after a long vacation.



But still this year of vacation ends, and work days begin. On the one hand, at the usual place of workyou start to get bored, but on the other hand, after a long vacation, you do not always want to get into the routine again. And the usual workplace does not look like it used to be. The fact is that many people suffer from post-release syndrome, when it does not always turn out very quickly to get back into the usual rut of routine.



There are several reasons why starting at an old place becomes very difficult. It can be downtrodden, when you are used to getting up later than usual. Also do not forget that during a long vacation a person gets used to doing everything slowly.



At the old workplace, things do not turn out as they should, although you will start with new forces. In the first few days or even weeks you will have to get used to your work again. Your colleagues will help you to adapt as quickly as possible to work and tell you about all the innovations that could happen in the year during which you rested.
