Night of fear

Mom introduces Charlie to their new neighbor - Jerry. At first glance, Jerry seems the most common person, but Charlie seems to be having something wrong with him. However, no one (including Charlie's mother) shared his suspicions.
Charlie begins to follow his neighbor, and it turns outfrightening truth: in fact, Jerry - a vampire! Charlie tries to open people's eyes to the true nature of the new neighbor, but no one believes him. Charlie despairs to convince others that he is right, and he has to act alone to save his family and friends from the monster's fangs and get rid of him once and for all.

"Night of Fear" is a remake of the film of the same namehorrors, filmed in 1985 by the director Tom Holland. "Night of Fear" in 1985 was the directorial debut of Holland, who subsequently gave the doll to Chucky, the protagonist (or rather, an anti-hero) of one of the most famous horror films "Children's Toys".
Scenario for the movie "The Night of Fear" 2011wrote Marty Noxon, screenwriter and producer of such famous TV series as "Madmen" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer". She decided to leave the heroes of the remake the same names that they wore in the prototype.
The role of Charlie was performed by American actor of Russian origin Anton Yelchin, rising star of Hollywood. His parents were Soviet figure skaters and emigrated to the United States in 1989.
