Distribute the dye throughout the rice inside the package. To get a more saturated color, you can add more color. And to get a light green color, do not add water to the rice. When the rice is painted, it is spread on waxed paper to make it dry completely.

To keep the rice well and not become detached, it can be pressed with fingers closer to the bump. Sprinkle the whole cone with rice. Shake the bump to shake off the extra rice.
