Get a new notebook - this will be your Carddesires. You will look at it once in a couple of weeks or months: each determines for himself this period. On the first page, write some motivating words, but the second one will have to work a little.




Write out the following questions. They will help you find your true desires and goals. Give them the answers that come to your mind first. Do not think about anything and do not limit your imagination. Just record everything.

Identify with the desired feelings



Draw a table of five columns: Work and Lifestyle, Creativity and Education, My body and soul, Relationships with people and society, The inner world. And now ask yourself the main question: "How would I like to feel?"



For each sphere, describe those feelings and emotions,which every day would like to feel. What do you want to experience at home, at work, about career and self-development, fitness, food and recreation, interests and hobbies, in love and friendship, with regard to intuition, soul and inner self. In each column write down as many words as possible. Do not be scared if you want to cry or you will feel anger. This is absolutely normal.



Select the most important thing



Pay attention to two points. First, for sure in each column you will get a long list. Secondly, some feelings will be repeated. In principle, this is not surprising - it means that you aspire to this.



Carefully study the written. Perhaps it is worth giving your records "lie down" a couple of days or even a week. Next, for each sphere of life, leave three or five feelings, no more. Choose those that evoke the strongest response. You will focus on them in the near future.

At this stage, consider: what you want to have in order to feel exactly the way you wrote it. For example, what kind of work you need to feel energetic and enthusiastic (if, of course, these feelings are in your Desire Card). Or you had a goal - to buy a two-story house to feel joy and be a successful person. But suddenly it turns out that personally for you owning a house is a heavy burden. But you know exactly (not for nothing that answered the questions at the very beginning) that you will feel joy and success if you draw a beautiful picture.



That's all the salt. The main thing is to find those goals that completely correspond to your desired feelings.



Divide goals into actions



Make up an implementation plan for each goal. Write what specific actions and when to take to one step closer to the final point of the path. Done! Do not forget to write everything in your diary and put "reminders" in your phone. Now you know how you want to feel, you have good ideas and an excellent plan for their implementation. It only remains for him to follow.
