Cocktail Baileys Expresso Granite Imagine frozen pieces of refined espresso that slowly melts in the liquor. Baileys Espresso-Granité cocktail will not leave you indifferent!





Ingredients (for 4 persons)



  • 5 full teaspoons of Espresso

  • 500 ml of boiling water

  • 50 g of sugar

  • 1 pinch of freshly ground nutmeg

  • 300 ml Baileys Irish Cream

  • Mint leaves for decoration


Preparation



  1. Add Espresso to the boiling water. Drain the sugar and nutmeg. Let's cool down. We place in the freezer for 5-6 hours, before the formation of ice crystals. After an hour and a half stir thoroughly with a fork, and then mix occasionally every 45 minutes.

  2. Pour over the glasses, adding Baileys and immediately serve. Garnish with mint leaves.
