Cupcakes Baileys
A signature recipe for cupcakes from Baileys with a unique aroma and delicate taste.

Ingredients (12 items):
Dough:
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 bag of vanillin
- 12 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 150 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 150 g of flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 40 g dried cranberries (or currants)
- 40 g chocolate
Decor:
- 12 paper baskets
- 125 g of powdered sugar (sifted)
- 4 - 5 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
- confectionery
Preparation:
- Mix sugar, vanillin and eggs. Smoothly stirring, add sunflower oil and Baileys. Mix the flour and soda, carefully mix it with the sugar mixture. In the end, add cranberries (currants) and chocolate.
- We spread the paper baskets into the cake molds and lay out the dough. Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Mix sugar powder and Baileys, obtained glaze poured cupcakes, in the end, sprinkle them with confectionery powder.
