Ingredients (4-6 servings)



  • 4 yolks

  • 125 g of sugar

  • 300 ml whipped cream

  • 300 ml Baileys Irish Cream

  • 250 g of ganache. Use either dark, milk or white chocolate to taste.


Preparation:



  1. Whisk yolks and sugar until creamy. Heat the cream, slowly add the whipped cream and Baileys, stirring vigorously the cream. Preheat the mixture constantly stirring gently until it thickens (do not bring to a boil). Then we pour the mixture into a metal plate and cool it in cold water, stirring occasionally.

  2. Pour the mixture into the ice cream and freeze. If you do not have a morozhnitsa, put the mixture in the freezer and vigorously mix every 10 minutes (you can use a whisk).

  3. After the ice cream is ready for the ice cream we create balls, lay them on a dish and freeze them in the freezer for another hour.

  4. In the meantime, melt the ganache.

  5. We lower the ice cream balls into the meltedglaze with a fork for dessert or simply by spraying the balls from above with a spoon. The coating will immediately harden. Before use, store in the freezer.

  6. Cooking time 30-40 minutes
