Nougat parfait
- 30 grams of dark chocolate
- 200 g of walnut nougat (sliced)
- 125 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
Salsa mango
- 1 small mango
- 2-3 sprigs of mint + mint for decoration
- a pinch of roughly ground red pepper
Preparation:

- Dip the form with parfait for a long time in hot water. We extract parfait, cut into slices and serve with mango salsa, decorated with mint leaves.
