Cocktail "Golden Mojito"


To prepare 4 servings of this cocktail you will need:



  • golden rum - 1 cup

  • lime - a few circles

  • lime juice - 0.5 cups

  • sugar - 1/3 cup

  • ice cubes

  • mint



Preparation


Prepare portioned glasses. To do this, moisten the edges of the glasses with lime and dip in sugar, poured onto a plate.



Mix in the blender rum, lime juice, sugar, 4 cups of ice. Beat in a blender until ice turns into a thick, thick liquid.


Add 12 mint leaves and mix the cocktail in the blender until a greenish-golden hue appears.


Pour the cocktail into serving glasses, decorate with mint.


One cup in this recipe is equivalent to 250-260 ml.



Cocktail "Pilgrim"


To prepare 6 servings of this cocktail you will need:



  • honey - 0,5 cups

  • hot water - 0,5 cups

  • jasmine tea - 3 cups

  • gin - 0,75 cup

  • Limoncello liqueur - 0,75 cups

  • grapefruit juice - 0.5 cups

  • soda - 1 cup

  • lemon

  • ice cubes



Preparation


Mix honey with hot water until honey dissolves. Honey syrup cool.


Brew jasmine tea, let it brew and cool.


In a large container, mix honey syrup, gin, tea, Limoncello liqueur, lemon juice and grapefruit juice.


Add chilled soda to the mixture. Mix the cocktail thoroughly.


In the serving glasses drop a few ice cubes and lemon slices. Pour the cocktail into the glasses.


One cup in this recipe is equivalent to 250-260 ml.
