Ice cream Baileys
Have you tried ice cream at home yet? The original recipe for ice cream with Baileys liqueur is an excellent occasion to experiment!
Ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks
- 125 g of sugar
- 500 ml of milk
- 1/2 p. Vanillin
- 1/2 teaspoonful (2.5 ml) of vanilla extract
- 55 ml cream
- 55 ml Baileys Irish Cream
Cooking ice cream
Whisk egg whites with sugar (30 g). Milk, the remaining sugar and vanillin are mixed in a saucepan; the mixture is brought to a boil. Fill in the beaten egg mixture and continue whipping. Heat the mixture on a small fire, but do not overdo it, then it will look more like fried eggs. Filter through a sieve and leave to cool. Add cream and Baileys. In a 1 liter container, freeze in the freezer. Remove from the freezer every 15 minutes, grinding large ice crystals that form until the mixture becomes mousse-like.
