There are several versions of the origin of such a name, one of which states that "Indotka" is an abbreviated version of the words "Indian" and "duck". The meat of this bird is tender, without a characteristic odor and not as fat as a normal duck.

Preparation of Indotka - step by step description:
Apples, pineapple and ginger are sliced, add spices and chopped garlic.

We start with cooking marinade. Squeeze out the juice from the lemons, add rosemary and cloves and set to bask in a water bath - about three minutes.

The edges of the foil are tightly wrapped and we send the baking sheet to the oven heated up to 180 degrees - for two hours. After this time, open the foil and leave the meat in the oven for about 20 minutes. On the surface of the bird will appear a delicious browned crust.
Prepare the sauce. Part of the prepared broth needs to be heated a little and, without bringing to a boil, add soy sauce (2 tablespoons), sugar (1 tsp) and a couple of spoons of flour for thickening.
