Liquid wallpaper in the interior: three obvious advantages
Wallpaper gluing is a process that does not causeenthusiasm: it is laborious, financially costly and requires certain skills. Designers offer a fashionable alternative: decorating walls with liquid wallpaper. What are the advantages of this technology?
Ecological and natural. Wallpaper is a dry mass of cellulose, wool or cotton fibers with the addition of silk, glossy acetate threads and mother-of-pearl. Mixed with water, dry ingredients form an elastic mass, which is applied to the prepared surface. Thanks to eco-composition, the wallpaper is hypoallergenic and does not harm health - neither during application nor during operation. Another important advantage is the additional thermal insulation of the walls.
Ease of use. Unlike traditional wallpaper, plaster and decorative fabric, plastic liquid mass is unpretentious and extremely simple in operation. Ideal priming of the surface is not required - the porous texture will hide all the problem areas and shortcomings. Liquid wallpaper does not freeze, so they can easily be leveled to the desired state. Correct scuffing is also not difficult - just dilute a small amount of the mixture with water and point it on the desired area.
Variability. A variety of textures, shades and materials allows you to experiment with different types of wallpaper, combining them, layering, creating voluminous effects and complex ornaments. Decorated in this way, the wall becomes a dominant detail in the interior, giving it identity, masking flaws in geometry and creating the right color accent.
