Dismissal is prohibited in the following cases:




  • decree;

  • leave to take care of a child before the age of 1.5 years;


  • on the care of a child before the onset of 3 years;


  • training.



Maternity leave is a sick leave, starting from the pregnancy of the seven-month period until the fact of delivery.

Legislation provides for thewomen on leave until the age of three years old child. The calculation procedure does not differ much from the usual dismissal. During the decree, a woman is retained with the right to annual leave and monetary compensation. Educational leave preserves the place occupied by the departing employee for the sessional period, with monetary payments provided for by law.

You can quit if:




  • employee initiatives;


  • retirement.

  • the head of the organization is obliged to grant additional leave after registration of the documented permit by the employee;


  • additional holidays can be granted with the positive decision of the administration of management;


  • in connection with the deterioration of the financial situation in the enterprise. This species is stipulated by the constitution and is indicated in the regulatory legal documentation. This takes into account the duration of additional leave.
