Pumpkin for Halloween 2016
Which Halloween Without a Pumpkin Lantern with Carveda terrible face? Making such a lamp may seem difficult, but in fact, even a child can make a pumpkin for Halloween - of course, under your sensitive guidance!
Halloween pumpkin reminds us of the ancientIrish legend about a drunkard Jack, who managed to deceive the devil himself (we have already cited this legend, talking about the celebration of Halloween). To make a pumpkin for Halloween on your own, you will need:
actually pumpkin
marker, pen or pen
sharp kitchen knife
stationery knife
a spoon
candle
alcohol and fleece
First, choose a pumpkin. You can buy it, but if you have your garden - it's fine! The larger the pumpkin and the more correct its shape - the easier it will be for you to make a lantern out of it. The brightest yellow and bright orange pumpkins look most effective.
Before you start cutting, wash the pumpkin. To make it easier to draw a marker of the future mug, you can wipe the pumpkin with alcohol, but it is not necessary. Then circle the "cap", which will need to be cut. The top of the pumpkin should be carefully cut with a sharp knife. If you carve a pumpkin for Halloween with the children, then this manipulation should not be trusted! The lid is still useful, so cut it neatly and do not throw it away. The hand must pass freely into the finished hole.
Then you can start an exciting lesson -scraping the pulp. The richer the pumpkin, the easier it will be. It is better to scrape the pulp from a pumpkin with a spoon. Do not throw it away - the pulp can be used to make various dishes from pumpkins to Halloween, for example, porridges or soups. And many more, and pumpkin seeds to chew is not averse - the main thing is not to forget to wash them before use, dry and fry. So carving a pumpkin for Halloween is literally a waste-free production.
Getting out of the pumpkin all the flesh, you can start doingher "face". First draw a muzzle marker (children are happy to dream up an unusual "facial expression" for a pumpkin). Then cut out the holes in the finished drawing, it's best to do it with a sharp and thin clerical knife. Cutting a pumpkin into Halloween, again, is best entrusted to an adult. Cut out pieces from the pumpkin and do not throw out - they can be used to decorate the room. If after cutting on the pumpkin there are traces of a marker - you can wipe them with alcohol and cotton wool.
Ready-made pumpkin should dry out (for thisit will take at least 12 hours), so cut out the pumpkin for Halloween better in advance. Then put a candle inside the pumpkin (it's most convenient to use candles-tablets), light it, cover the pumpkin with a lid - and Jack's lantern is ready! By the way, it is better to make several holes in the lid beforehand so that the warm air rises from the pumpkin better - or it will be fried from the inside inadvertently.
Of course, this is the most common technologymaking a pumpkin for Halloween. You can let your imagination run wild. For example, you can cut two pumpkins - a very large and very tiny, putting the little girl "in the mouth" of a large pumpkin. If you do not want to do a pumpkin with a face like everyone else, using a hand drill you can drill into the pumpkin small holes that make up an unusual fishnet pattern. And some craftsmen have mastered the excision of pumpkins so well that they manage to turn pumpkins into real works of art! This hobby is called "carving" and it is subject to, alas, not all - this must be studied persistently. And you can just "dress up" a pumpkin for Halloween, clapping a pointed witches hat on top.
Now you see yourself that Halloween pumpkin with your own hands - it's very simple. This "Jack's Lantern" will serve as an element of decor and help create a festive atmosphere.
