Baked Pumpkin for Halloween

Baked Pumpkin: Pumpkin Pie
Here's a pretty simple recipe for pumpkin pie,for the preparation of which you do not need too many ingredients. Ideal if you want to please the guests with delicious pastries, but you do not have the time and / or the desire to prepare complex dishes for Halloween. So, for the preparation of pie we need such ingredients:
600 grams of baked pumpkin
250 g of butter
4 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
1.5 tbsp. Sahara
0.5 tbsp. raisins without pits
0.5 tbsp. walnuts
1-2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Put the pumpkin in a heat resistant mold and bake ituntil ready (this will take about an hour). We remove the prepared pumpkin from the oven and let it cool down, after which we extract the pulp and grind it with the help of a combine (you can simply stretch the pulp with a spoon).
Pour the flour and cinnamon into a large bowl, addsugar and sliced butter. Mix with a mixer or food processor for about 20 seconds at maximum speed to get friable small crumbs.
Pumpkin pulp is rubbed with eggs and added to crumbs of butter, flour and sugar. Stir the dough to homogeneity, add crushed nuts and raisins, stir again.
Lubricate the pie shape with melted creamoil and sprinkle with flour. We shift the dough into a mold and level the surface. Bake for about an hour in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. We check the readiness of the pie with a match.
When the pie is ready, leave it for five minutes in the form, and then shift to the dish until completely cooled. If desired, you can sprinkle a pumpkin pie with powdered sugar or decorate with glaze.
Baked Pumpkin: Pumpkin Cookies
If you do not want to make a pie, you can bake a pumpkin-oatmeal cookie with nuts and raisins. Real jam! And the recipe, by the way, is not more difficult than the previous one, even the ingredients are almost the same. To make a pumpkin cookie for Halloween, take the following products:
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/3 tbsp. oatmeal
1 tbsp. grated pumpkin flesh
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. conventional sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 tbsp. chopped walnuts
3/4 tbsp. raisins without pits
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
0.5 tsp. salt
We connect in a bowl oat flakes, flour, cinnamon,soda and salt. Separately beat the mixer with a softened butter and sugar, until we get an air mass. Add the pumpkin pulp, egg and vanilla extract to the butter with sugar, mix thoroughly. Introduce the flour mix, mix again, add raisins and nuts.
Baking tray slightly lubricate the plant orbutter. Spread a tablespoon of dough on it in the form of small cakes. We bake cookies in the oven, preheated to 120-150 degrees, for about 15 minutes until a brownish hue. It is important to make sure that our pumpkin cookies are baked in the middle (for this we use a toothpick or a pointed match).
Let the cooked liver cool down for a few minutes and then remove it from the baking tray.
