Easter bunny from biscuit

Easter Bunny (Easter rabbit) is an indispensable attributethe holiday of Easter in the culture of the USA and some countries of Europe. Chocolate and marzipan Easter bunnies are usually served at the festive table. We suggest you also prepare a cake in the form of an Easter hare.
Easter bunny from biscuit
To prepare cake in the form of an Easter bunny from a biscuit dough, we need the following ingredients:

sugar - 1 tbsp.
flour - 1 tbsp.
eggs - 4 pcs.
pinch of vanillin
oil for lubrication of molds
any cream
products for decoration (candied fruits, sprinkling, etc.)
Protein is separated from the yolks. Begin to beat the whiskers with a mixer at the minimum speed, in small portions adding sugar, mixed with vanillin. When the protein mass becomes dense and becomes white, gradually add the yolks, without stopping to whip. When the mass becomes uniform, we sift the flour into the bowl with eggs, gently stirring the spoon from the bottom up. We lubricate the round shape with oil, pour the dough into it and bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 degrees.
Ready biscuit we take out of the form, turning it over, and let it cool down. Cut horizontally to get two cakes (and you can initially divide the dough into two parts and bake two cakes). We leave one cake whole - it will be the head of a hare. And from the second cake cut off on the sides of two oval pieces, as shown in the picture - these are the ears. The rest of the piece will be a bow.
We put the whole cake on a tray, from aboveattach it to his ears, from below - a bow. It remains to lubricate the cake with any cream, with the help of a cornet, draw eyes, nose, mouth and mustache. You can decorate the cake with candied fruits, sprinkle, coconut shavings, berries, fruits - as your fantasy tells you. Easter Bunny is ready!
Bon Appetit!
