Cake SnickersBoth adults and children love chocolate bars. But few people think that the taste of favorite delicacies can be reproduced at home. The country of the Soviets will tell you how to cook cake "Snickers"to taste not inferior to its prototype.






Cake "Snickers"



With its recognizable taste, this bar is due to peanuts, chocolate and caramel. As you can see, there is nothing supernatural. Chocolate and peanuts are not a problem to get, and caramel will replace boiled condensed milk. To make a cake "Snickers", we will need:



For the test:

  • flour - 1 tbsp.

  • sugar - 1 tbsp.

  • eggs - 5 pcs.

  • chocolate - 70-100 g

  • milk - 2 items of l.

  • baking powder - 2 tsp.

  • vanilla to taste


For the first cream:

  • Cream fat content of 30-35% - 400 grams

  • sugar - 2 tbsp.


For the second cream:

  • boiled condensed milk - 2/3 jars

  • soft butter - 100 g

  • chopped roasted peanuts - 80-100 g


For glaze:

  • chocolate - 100 g

  • milk - 2 items of l.


We break eggs and separate yolks from proteins. Whisk yolks with sugar and vanilla. Pour the milk into a bowl. We break the chocolate into pieces and put the milk. We melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave, mix it with milk until smooth, combine it with yolks and whisk.



Beat whites in a thick foam. We connect the chocolate mass, beams, flour and baking powder, carefully knead it to a homogeneous state. We take the shape of a diameter of 24 cm, lubricate with oil and lightly sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 25-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.



Let the ready cake cool and cut in half. Whip the cream with sugar, lay out on the cake and evenly distribute it. We put the cake in the refrigerator for 15 minutes - the cream should be slightly frozen.



Whisk butter with boiled condensed milk, addpeanuts and mix. Gently spread this cream over the creamy and cover with a second crust. Chocolate with milk is melted in a microwave and mixed until a homogeneous consistency. Sprinkle the cake with glaze, if desired, decorate. We put the cake in the refrigerator. After five hours, it can be served to the table.



Cake "Snickers" without baking



If you do not want to bother with baking cakes, you can prepare a "Snickers" cake from a biscuit that does not require baking. For its preparation we will need:



  • condensed milk with sugar - 1 jar

  • peanuts - 300 g

  • soft butter - 250 g

  • sour cream - 200 g

  • buttery cookies - 4 packs

  • cocoa - 4 tbsp.

  • sugar - 2 tbsp.

  • chopped peanuts for decoration


Cracked cookies are broken into small crumbs. We take 200 g of softened butter, pour condensed milk into it and beat it with a mixer until the consistency of the mixture becomes homogeneous.



Pour the mixture of butter and condensed milk into choppedcookies, carefully mix and lay out on the dish, forming a mixture of flat cakes 2-3 cm thick. Fry the peanuts in a frying pan for the best flavor, cool and spread from above.



Then we prepare the icing. We pour out sugar and cocoa into the sour cream, mix it thoroughly and put it on the fire. Bring the mixture to a boil, do not forget to constantly stir, reduce fire and cook for 3-5 minutes. Then remove the icing from the fire and add the remaining 50 g of butter.



Pour our cake frosting, let it cool down a bit and put it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes. Then sprinkle the cake with chopped peanuts and serve it to the table.
