Pouring cherry



To prepare cherry tomatoes for this recipe, we will need:



  • cherries - 800 g</ li>

  • vodka - 400 ml

  • sugar

Then merge the resulting sweet juice, mixit with vodka, in which cherries were insisted, and insist for 2-3 weeks. In principle, you can drink the liqueur immediately, but over time cherry liqueur will taste better. The remaining berries can be used to make desserts.



Spicy cherry liquor



For the preparation of cherry liqueur with spices we take:



  • vodka - 1 liter</ li>

  • peeled cherries - 1 kg

  • crushed cherry bones - 50 g

  • ground cinnamon - 8.5 g

  • ground cloves - 0,5 tsp


Mix cherries, spices (cinnamon and cloves) andcrushed cherry bones in a jar or bottle. We fill berries with spices of vodka. Close the jar with gauze and let it brew for 2-3 weeks. Then add sugar to the taste, taste, filter and bottled.



Cherry liqueur with nutmeg



To prepare another spicy variety of cherry liqueur we will need:



  • cherry - 1 kg</ li>

  • vodka - 400 ml

  • sugar - 250 g

  • cinnamon - 1,5 g

  • nutmeg - 1 g


You can use thisboth fresh and frozen cherries. Fresh cherries, we sort and clean from the stems, frozen - defrost. We knead berries together with seeds, we put in a bottle and we stand 3 days.



Then add cherries, sugar and vodka to the cherry. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients and put in a warm dark place for 8 days. When our cherry liqueur becomes transparent, filter it, add a thick sugar syrup (if desired), carefully mix and pour into bottles.



Cherry filling with baking



To prepare a filler from the cherries for this original recipe, we need to take:



  • cherry - 3 buckets</ li>

  • vodka - 6 bottles

  • sugar - 100-300 g per 1 liter


Cherries my, dry and spread out on a baking sheetin one layer. Berry tadelessly always put holes up, so as not to leak the juice. Heat the oven to 70-80 ° C and put a baking sheet in it with berries. After 10 days, merge the resultinga separate container and again pour the berries with vodka. We insist 2 weeks (also in a cellar or a refrigerator), we again merge the liquid into a separate container. Fill berries with vodka for the third time and we insist 7 weeks.



At the end, we connect all three liquors. If, in the end, the cherry pouring turned out to be cloudy, we filter it. Add sugar to taste, bottled and clogged. Store the drink in a cool dark place.
