Canapé of fruits with canned pineapple



We suggest you to prepare simple canapes from fruit, which you can pamper all members of the family. For 6 servings of canapé you will need:



  • 1 mango

  • 1 banana

  • 200 g canned pineapple

  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp. l. honey

  • mint leaves

Tell you how to make a canapé of fruit. To begin with, remove the bone from the mango. To do this, the fruit should be cut around the stone. Turning the two halves of the fruit in opposite directions, you can easily remove the stone. Now the two halves are peeled and cut into plates. From the plates cut out a round form for biscuits pieces of mango for canapé. Banana peeled and cut into slices. Canned pineapple slice. All the prepared fruit should be sprinkled with lemon juice and kept in the cold for 5-7 minutes.



Now you can collect canapés. On the dish, put first mango, banana and pineapple on it. Pierce the fruit with a skewer and pour honey into the canapé. In addition fruit canapes can be decorated with small leaves of mint.



Canapé of fresh fruit



We offer you another option of preparing canapés of fruit, which will surely please your children. To prepare 8-10 servings you will need such fruits:

  • 1 pear

  • 1 banana

  • 100 g of grapes without pits

  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice

  • powdered sugar

To prepare such fruit canapes to youit takes only about 15 minutes. First, you need to peel the orange from the peel, pits and white films. Cut the peeled orange into slices 5-7 mm thick. Cut the pear into four pieces and peel it from the core. Peeled pear slices to a thickness of 1 cm. Banana is cut into circles 5 mm thick. All the fruit should be sprinkled with lemon juice, so that they do not darken.



Now you can start sewing canapes on a skewer. Fruits should be stringed in this order: grapes, orange, pear and banana. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
