Canape with fish

Canape with fish is a great appetizer for New Year's Evebuffet table. Delicate curd cheese, fragrant fish and crisp tartlets - from such a delicacy guests will be delighted! The recipe for canapes and fish is in the Land of Soviets
Canape with fish
To prepare 30 servings of canapé you will need:
- flour - 500 g
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 100 g
- greens chopped - 1 tbsp. + for decoration
- yoghurt - 300 g
- yolks - 2 pcs. - 400 g
- cheese curd - 400 g
- Smoked fish - 400 g
Preparation
Mix the flour with baking powder, salt, butter, greens and yogurt. Knead the dough. Roll the dough into a layer 1.5 cm thick, cut into 15 identical squares.
Put the test squares on the baking sheet (lined with baking paper), grease with whipped yolks, bake for 12-14 minutes.
Finished squares should be cooled, cut in half and each slice of cream cheese cheese, put a piece of smoked fish, decorate with greens
