Canape with fish

Canape with fish


To prepare 30 servings of canapé you will need:



  • flour - 500 g

  • baking powder - 2 tsp.

  • salt - 1 tsp.

  • Butter - 100 g

  • greens chopped - 1 tbsp. + for decoration

  • yoghurt - 300 g

  • yolks - 2 pcs. - 400 g

  • cheese curd - 400 g

  • Smoked fish - 400 g



Preparation



Mix the flour with baking powder, salt, butter, greens and yogurt. Knead the dough. Roll the dough into a layer 1.5 cm thick, cut into 15 identical squares.



Put the test squares on the baking sheet (lined with baking paper), grease with whipped yolks, bake for 12-14 minutes.



Finished squares should be cooled, cut in half and each slice of cream cheese cheese, put a piece of smoked fish, decorate with greens
