Chocolate almond cookies Baileys Invite guests and to a cup of aromatic coffee serve an exquisite almond cookies with chocolate cream Baileys.

Ingredients (30 items):

Cookie dough:

  • 2 egg whites

  • 120 g of granulated sugar

  • 50 g of almonds (inshell)

  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

Cream:

  • 150 g of ganache (black chocolate and cream)

  • 100 ml Baileys

  • 50 g of butter

Preparation:

  1. Whisk the egg whites. Gradually add sugar until the shiny cream is formed. Mix almonds and cocoa powder and sprinkle the mixture, avoiding excessive mixing. Using a culinary syringe with a large hole, squeeze out about 60 small circles (about 2.5 - 3 cm in diameter) on a baking tray, preliminarily sent with baking paper. Eliminate each liver with a small culinary knife. Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes. Leave the baking tray in the oven after it is turned off, by opening the door, for 5 minutes. Then remove the cookies from the oven and leave to cool.

  2. Finely grate ganache. Preheat Baileys (do not boil) and add ganache to it. Let it melt, stirring the mixture continuously. Add small pieces of butter. Cool the chocolate mixture until it is creamy.

  3. Stir the cream thoroughly. Using a culinary syringe with a large star-shaped spout, squeeze the cream onto one liver, and then cover the second.
