You need to drink 1 tbsp. l. oil on an empty stomach 2-3 times a day. You can also add flax seed oil to the food. And already in addition to this, you can use linseed oil for hair in the form of different masks.

Just add a few drops of ethereal to linseed oil and make a mask, as described above.

Flax oil for hair can also be used in various masks, in combination with other components, which will enhance its effect. Then the mixture of butter and juice should be gradually introduced into the yolks. Apply this mask to the clean scalp, it should be evenly distributed throughout the length of the hair. Wrap the hair with cellophane, on top - with a towel. After 20-40 minutes, rinse the mask with warm water.

From hair loss, for density and faster growth You can make a mask of linseed oil mixedwith honey and grated onions (all components are taken in equal proportions). Apply it the same way as the previous one. The only drawback of this mask is the onion smell. Therefore, as an alternative, you can use mask of linseed oil and cognac, taken in different proportions.

By the way, use for hair not only linseed oil, but also an infusion of flaxseed. It can be used to facilitate combingand laying, as well as when winding hair on curlers. In this case, the wave will last longer, and the damage to the hair will be much less. This infusion can be prepared in two ways. First - pour a teaspoon of flax seed with 30 ml of hot water and shake for 15 minutes. The second is to take 1 tsp. (with top) flaxseed, pour 200-300 ml of water and boil for about a minute. When the broth is infused for 2-3 hours, it is necessary to strain it.
