However, the labor mobility of yesterday's students is more aimed at generating new ideas, implementing bold solutions, mastering new equipment and software. In doing so, they often afraid to take the initiative and take responsibility for the decision made - experienced staff herethey win. But labor mobility also includes taking responsibility. Therefore, it can not be unequivocally said that experienced employees do not possess labor mobility. It just shows up a little in other aspects. By the way, labor mobility can be activated in the region of 40 years, when, due to the crisis of middle age, a person strives to change the situation, habitual way of life and realize himself in other spheres of activity.
Labor mobility depends not only onage, but also on the nature of the person and his upbringing. There are people who are aimed at achieving success. They are constantly working for the result, working on themselves. These are the so-called reaching people. People absorbing expect that everything will be done for them, and theywill offer ready-made solutions. They want the work to be easy, and the salary to be high, and more reaching people are focused on benefits and an expanded social package. Labor mobility is inherent in reaching people, because they strive to master their profession as best as possible and achieve the best result. Such people believe that their success is in their hands.
Labor mobility is very important if you wantto build a successful career - without the readiness for the changes ahead you will not advance. A significant part of the new professions makes quite stringent demands on the labor mobility of their representatives. However, if you are more important than stability, comfortable working conditions, an optimal balance of work and personal life - do not try to step over yourself. Labor mobility is necessary when it helps you achieve some goals, and the goals in this life are different for everyone.
