Eichar: just a career officer or something more?Eichar (HR, HR manager) is a relatively new profession in the labor market. Contrary to popular belief, ejchar is not just a banal cadre. The Country of Soviets will try to understand the intricacies of this profession.

Of course, special staff carried out recruitment long before the emergence of such a profession as ejchar. They were called personnel recruiters, recruiters, recruitment managers. Is the ejcar different from these specialists with something other than the title? Why is this profession one of the most promising?

HR is an abbreviation of Human Resources Manager, manager of work with human resources. Yes, staff is an equally important resource for every organization or enterprise, like any other. The pursuit of qualified specialists was called headhunting, "bounty hunting". The task of an aychar is not just to passively sit, read the CVs sent and conduct one-type interviews with applicants. A good eichar should be a real hunter, independently leading to its company valuable employees.

What does the aychar do? In addition to the actual recruiting functions for the selectionand the hiring of personnel, there are many other duties on his shoulders. Eichar is responsible for personnel records management (work with documents) and labor remuneration for employees. It is echar in the answer for motivation of the personnel, including material (bonuses, bonuses, social package). In order to increase the efficiency of the employees' work, the eichar should engage in training and professional development, as well as the strengthening of the corporate culture (in particular, team building). Eichar is responsible for the organizational structure of the company as a whole, taking decisions regarding its development and reorganization. In some companies, aychar is engaged in work with trade unions.

As we see, the HR manager largely determines the efficiency of the company. Therefore, it is obvious that he should be well versed not only in people, but also in specifics of the organization's work. The weak point of most eichars isignorance of the company's work. They can conduct psychological and qualification tests for employees, ask tricky questions at the interview, but without understanding the specifics of the company's work to increase its effectiveness is impossible. Nobody says that the eichar must thoroughly understand the IT sphere or the production of bottles. But he should be aware of the goals and strategies of the company, to have at least general information about its customers.

What qualities should have a good echar? At first, the ability to understand people. This does not require a solid age orpsychological education. Many young people without a diploma of the Faculty of Psychology are able to "crack" the candidate from the first minutes of the interview. This skill is either there or it is not. Secondly, it is important sociability and flexibility. Eichar daily communicates with a lot of people. Often, it is the link between the company's management and employees, so a good HR manager should be able to behave correctly in conflict situations.

Eichar must be benevolent. In some way he is - company face, so applicants often make up their ownimpression of the company as a whole, focusing on the behavior of the HR manager. The ability to strategic thinking and the analytical mindset are important for the echar. You can not do without this intuition in this profession: sometimes it only helps to "identify" the most suitable candidate or suggests the correct line of behavior in a given situation. Professionalism, competence, stress-resistance, diplomacy, attentiveness and responsibility are also considered necessary for echar. Eichar not only hires, but also fires people. If he is not ready to take on this responsibility, he is not ready to be an echar in general. A competent HR manager must choose the right course of action; care of employees is part of his duties, but she should not turn it into a "mommy" or "hen-hen"

Where to learn on ejchara? Difficult question. In high schools there is still no such specialty as "HR Manager". Echaras are people with a variety of education - economic, pedagogical, psychological, philological and even engineering. There are courses, business trainings and master's programs, which allow to increase their qualification in the field of work with personnel. However, it is difficult to learn how to be an ejchar - in this profession it is important to combine personal qualities, intuition and professional knowledge and skills from a wide range of areas. However, in this case, the sheepskin is worth making - echar at the moment is included in the list of the most prestigious, popular and highly paid professions.
