How to prepare for the USE on biology: tasks, the structure of work. How to prepare for the USE on biology yourself
Examination in biology includes itself extensive material on the program of grades 7-11. Today we will tell you how to prepare for the USE on biology and systematize your knowledge for the exam.
Unified State Examination on Biology 2015
The work consists of 40 tasks. 25 tasks of the first part require the choice of the correct answer and its recording in the form of a figure, 8 tasks - records in the form of a sequence of digits (3 questions for multiple choice, 4 for establishing a match, 1 for identifying a sequence of processes or phenomena).
7 tasks of the second part require a detailed answer.
18 questions refer to the baseline level (maximum primary score is 18), 15 to higher (maximum score is 23), 7 to high (maximum score is 20).
The content of the work can be divided into the following blocks:
Biology as a science. Methods of scientific knowledge.
Cell as a biological system.
The organism as a biological system.
The system and diversity of the organic world.
The human body and its health.
Evolution of living nature.
Ecosystems and their inherent patterns.
The work takes 180 minutes
Change in the Unified State Examination on Biology 2015
The number of assignments has been reduced from 50 to 40 assignments. Questions on the choice of one answer were reduced: from 36 to 25. The number of questions requiring a complete answer has increased (7).
Preparing for the USE on Biology
The amount of theoretical knowledge necessary to pass the biology exam is quite extensive. Before the USE it must be systematized. We offer the training algorithm:
Learn codifiers and specifications (you can find them here).
Repeat questions with the help of manuals and methodologies. You can recommend the following publications:
Biology. Directory for high school students and students entering universities. Full course of preparation for final exams. TL Bogdanova, EA Solodova
Biology full course "In 3 volumes (Anatomy, Botany, Zoology). Bilich GL, Kryzhanovsky VA
Fundamentals of Biology. The full course of the general secondary school "AA Kamenskii, NA Sokolova, MA Valova
Draw up reference notes on questions. They should be clear and concise, draw charts and diagrams (try to hang them in a prominent place, to read periodically).
Watch popular science films. They expand the horizon and in an accessible form present the material.
Regularly decide the tests. It is better to take the tasks from the Open Bank of the tasks posted on the FIPI website. You can use test collections.
