Studying Buddhism, the Japanese monks brought out the curativeproperties of Chinese massage. So with time arose Japanese massage - anma, which was the basis for shiatsu. Its founder is Tokudziro Namikoshi. Literally, "shiatsu" is translated as "finger pressure". With the help of pressure on specific points, Japanese masseurs tried to distribute energy in the body.
The philosophical essence of Japanese therapy is,that the human body is represented as a system. In it there are many channels, the so-called "meridians", over which the life energy circulates. Each channel is responsible for the operation of a certain internal body. The force is aimed at preventing the stagnation of "chi", that is, according to the eastern healers, the prevention of diseases.
The use of Japanese massage
Like other types of massage, Japanese has its own rules and testimony. It promotes:
general improvement of organs and systems;
relieve tension and fatigue;
strengthening the protective functions of the body;
prevention of pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract and the nervous system;

Basic rules for performing Japanese massage for breast augmentation:

a woman must be healthy; full of strength and energy;
Massage for girls from 18 to 35 years;
the patient should completely relax during a massage session;
