  • cool skin using ordinary cold tap water; if possible, attach to 15-20 minutes to the sore spot pieces of ice,

  • apply on the scorched skin kefir and rinse it off after a few minutes with cold water. Do not let kefir dry on the skin, otherwise

    flushing will be very painful;




  • attach to sunburn cut raw potatoes - potato starch quickly softens and soothes the skin. You can do

    gruel from grated potatoes and apply it to the burn place. Change the potato mask several times, as soon as the mass warms up;




  • sunburn is well treated with such a mask - 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1 yolk. Lubricate

    a sore spot several times a day;




  • as a compress is also suitable gruel from fresh burdock leaves or plantain;




  • wrap up oatmeal flakes in a woven napkin or gauze, soak in cold water and attach this compress to the affected area.

    Repeat every 2-4 hours;




  • if you have a scorched face, make yourself a mask from a grated fresh cucumber. Rinse it off with cool water after 15-20 minutes;




  • if the skin around the eyes is burnt, attach to it chilled brewed teabags;
